Specific Job Responsibilities
-
Contact existing customers on behalf of North America's Leading Audio Entertainment Company.

Upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
-
Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives.

Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives
-
Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections.

Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.
Requirements
Must be a Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Indiana, Iowa or West Virginia Resident

Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions

Sales, Call Center, Lead Generation, Collections, Upselling, Retail Sales, + Customer Service Experience are highly preferred

Professional vocabulary

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Assertive, quick thinking

Excellent schedule adherence and attendance

Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
