Virtual Call Center Representative - Work From Home

Job Purpose:

TSD Global is hiring now for Work From Home Call Center  Sales Representatives. The work is exciting - and we make it fun! You will be continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers all from the comfort of your home! We also have a reimbursement campaign for certain qualifying purchases and/or costs incurred by internet service changes plus a monthly stipend incurred by internet services and other utilities.

Requirements

  • Must be Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Idaho, West Virginia, Utah, or Wyoming permanent residents.

  • Must complete a video interview. Link will be emailed if selected

  • Private and secure work space at home free from background noise or distractions

  • Professional vocabulary

  • Excellent Communication skills both oral and written

  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance

  • Schedule availability is currently

    • Full Time:

      • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays 9am-1pm EST and 5pm-9pm EST.

      • Saturdays 9am-5:30pm EST.

    • Part Time:

      • Mondays – Fridays 5pm-9pm EST.

      • Saturdays 9am-5:30 EST.

  • Prior work from home call center experience a plus!

  • Good computer skills

  • Must pass a standard background check

Technical Requirements

  • Must provide your own Computer

  • Direct Wired Internet Connection - Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)

  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates

  • High quality noise cancelling USB headset

  • Webcam

  • All peripherals must be wired (wireless keyboard, wireless mouse or wireless headset are NOT allowed)

  • Free space – 5 GB

  • Processor speed – Dual Core 2 GHz or better

  • RAM Required 8 GB

  • Anti-Virus – Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials

  • A separate 19” monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One (AIO) unit

  • Alternate solutions reviewed on a case by case basis.
